Carol joined us in 1990 and has particular skills in concept design, user consultation, sustainable design, detailing and specification and site supervision.
Carol is was recently Project Director for the New Herbarium and Botanic Library Wing at Kew Gardens worth £12 million, which employs various sustainable strategies. She is currently leading the project team designing a sub-zero acetate and nitrate film store for the British Film Institute's national archives.
As a long term member of ECA, Carol is also involved in the strategic management of the practice and devised the ECA Office Handbook to coordinate best practice procedures. Carol has specific responsibility for ECA libraries and specifications.
