Cherry was the Project Architect for Forest Gate Community School and is a key member of our Schools team at Cullinans.
Before joining Cullinans in January 2008, Cherry worked for small practices in London and Cambridge, including Sarah Wigglesworth Architects, and gained experience in sustainable residential and school design. Previous projects at Cullinans include the development for our own new BREEAM 'Excellent' office space and a masterplan for the Weald & Downland Open-air Museum, both of which were projects keenly driven by radical innovation in sustainable design.
In her architectural training, Cherry studied as an undergraduate at the University of Cambridge and continued her academic studies to graduate with Distinction from her Masters at the University of Bath. Her final year thesis paper, a study of primitive place-making strategies, was awarded the RIBA Wessex Dissertation Prize and was also nominated for the RIBA President's Medals Dissertation prize. Cherry completed her qualification in Professional Practice in 2009.
