Clare joined ECA in October 2006 having graduated with a Master of Architecture from the University of Edinburgh and became a member of the firm in May 2008.

Clare's Design Thesis project developed a programme for the University of the Mediterranean. During her placement, Clare took the opportunity to travel to the US working for New York firm Gluckman Mayner and a small ecological practice in New Hampshire designing a prototype for a series of sustainable housing.

Clare is currently working on a refurbishment project for Brampton Manor School, a 'Building Schools for the Future' Design & Build sample school, and Rose Court, a residential scheme in Clink Street.
