Jessica graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2009. Her final project was published in Blueprint, in its degree show article '50 Students'.

Previously, Jessica has gained experience working at Syntax, in Berkshire, where she was involved in a number of specialised recreational projects. In 2006, she travelled as part of a team to Tanzania, where she worked with local tradesmen on the construction of a school in Marangu village.

Since joining ECA in 2009, Jessica has joined the Shahat team, working on the masterplan for a new sustainable town in Libya.
