Laura Marr joined the practice as a fully qualified Architect in 1999. Since then she has worked on the Greenwich Millennium School and Health Centre, Singapore Management University, Bristol Harbourside Masterplan, Stonebridge and Kew Herbarium. She was Project Architect for Barge Arm, a large award winning sustainable residential development in Gloucester Docks and Building Schools for the Future (BSF) projects, including the Newham BSF.

Laura has lectured at Cambridge University on innovative timber structures and detailing, and on other occasions on the work of the office; taught design in schools as part of an initiative organised by the Design Council; participated in design crits at The Queen's University of Belfast, East London University and soon Bath University and for the past couple of years she has been a regular visiting guest diploma design tutor at Plymouth University. She has been a mentor to RIBA part three students for the past 9 years.
