PROJECT: Stonebridge Hillside Hub

The Stonebridge Hillside Hub has a pivotal role in the emerging masterplan for the Stonebridge Estate in west london. A mixed use building, where the careful juxtaposition of uses means that each benefits from exposure to the others.

Two 'wings', one accommodating a health centre and one a retail unit, are fused together by a central community facility. Each wing topped with residential units, cantilevering towards the street edge. On the south side of the development an open civic space is cradled between the wings and forms a generous public entrance space to what is envisaged as a significant and welcoming civic building.
